Your Status
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

You are at least 18 years old;

You are resident in one of the Serviced Countries; and

You are accessing our site from that country.

How the Contract is Formed
After signing up, you will receive an e-mail from us via Razorpay acknowledging that we have received your first payment. This does not mean that your subscription has been accepted. Your subscription constitutes an offer to us to buy Products by subscribing to a Service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending a “Welcome Email.” The contract between us is only formed when we send this email.

Your subscription consists of an initial charge followed by recurring period charges as agreed. You accept responsibility for all charges prior to cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. We reserve the right to decline re-subscription if a previous subscription was terminated by us.

Availability, Delivery, and Risk
Delivery: Orders are typically fulfilled within 7–10 working days of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Address: Deliveries are made to the address provided during signup. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses.

Risk and Title: Products are at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership passes to you only when we receive full payment, including delivery charges.

Price and Payment
Prices include all applicable taxes.

Prices are subject to change, but such changes will not affect orders for which a Welcome Email has already been sent.

Payments are processed via UPI.

Warranty and Liability
We warrant that products will conform to their description and be of satisfactory quality. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or the value of the subscription plan purchased. Nothing in this agreement limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other matters where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property
We own or license all intellectual property on this site. You may download extracts for personal reference only. You must not use our copyright materials for commercial purposes without a license. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
